CAs

A CA is an internal CA that independently issues and signs the root and intermediate certificates. It enables the generation and signing of certificates for servers, users within an organisation’s closed systems to ensure connection trust. By supporting the signing of internal certificates, the CA allows the management of public key infrastructures (PKI), the issuing of TLS/SSL certificates, the authentication of users and the securing of communications in private networks.
